1. Information you choose to provide

America2032.com does not currently require accounts or registration. If you use an “Add Your Voice” link, your email application opens a message addressed to us. We may receive your email address, name, comments, marble guess, story suggestions and any other information you choose to include.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. America2032.com does not currently use that information to build advertising profiles.

3. How information is used

We may use information you send to respond to you, add you to a requested new-chapter notification list, review reader reactions, tally responses such as the marble-count experiment, improve the site and help guide future chapters.

4. Reader submissions

Comments and ideas may influence the story. We may quote or summarize reader submissions publicly, but we will generally avoid publishing your email address or other direct contact information unless you specifically authorize it.

5. Sharing

We do not currently sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email or security, and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users.

6. Retention

Email submissions and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably useful for reader communications, story development, recordkeeping or legal purposes.

7. Your choices

You may ask to stop receiving new-chapter emails or request deletion of information you previously submitted by emailing eg@goldata.com. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the site adds features or services. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
